Mcdonald's - Indianapolis

I visit the 96th and Meridian location nearly every morning, and Zoy consistently provides a friendly, polite, and efficient service. The morning team is always wonderful, and the place is clean, with a pleasant breakfast aroma. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service that Zoy delivers. My food is always fresh, and she prepares my Iced Caramel Macchiato exactly how I like it.

The drive-thru service here is consistently quick, even during busy times, and the staff is always courteous. However, today was outstanding. I placed my order but got distracted because a family member had been in an accident and was en route to St. Vincent 86th Street Hospital. I drove off without my food. Realizing this as I left the parking lot, I turned back, and when I returned, my breakfast was still hot. They were incredibly kind and helpful in making sure I received my order.

Most of the staff are fairly friendly, and service is typically quick with delicious food.
