Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I've never had any issues when ordering from them! The young lady who answered the phone today was incredibly nice and polite. I just want to say that this location is the best I've ever visited!

This restaurant is wonderful and not cheap at all. They have an excellent selection of toppings. I've loved their Valentine pizza for 14 years, and I highly recommend it!

I had the worst customer service experience here, and it happened twice in one week. I recently moved to the Lawrence area and was pleased to find out that there was a Papa Murphy's just a couple of minutes away. However, I'm now willing to travel elsewhere for a better experience. The young staff working there are consistently rude and uninformed about pizza pricing and other questions. When I pointed out that they should change their gloves after touching everything, including the register, their attitude was completely dismissive. It's clear that management needs to be present at all times; the staff seems more focused on collecting their paychecks than on providing a good customer experience. This was during the second shift, and overall, I am very dissatisfied.

I ordered a family cowboy pizza took it home and baked it about 1/12 hours later. The bottom of the pizza was stuck to the carrier and we ended up tearing the pizza apart to eat it. Usually the wife and I can polish off o my e of these in one sitting,but it was do unappetizing. We did not finish it Usually I very satisfied with Pappa Murphy's
