Last Tuesday evening, I visited the Thompson Road location to order a pizza in person. The place was quite busy with employees making and handing out pizzas, handling both in-house and phone orders. There were around 7-8 team members working diligently together, assisting everyone with promptness, kindness, and attention to their orders. Great job, team! It was a pleasure to witness such effective teamwork and the successful fulfillment of all the orders.

I guess my $40 order wasn't worth the irritated workers time. I couldn't even finish placing my order due to the worker having such an attitude every time I said something. I do apologize for interrupting his bad day! Chicago's Pizza got my order andthey were very happy to take it!

The girl that made our pizza was so helpful and kind. My 3 young boys were with me and she interacted with them as she made thier pizza, they talked about her for days ??
