Qdoba Mexican Grill - Indianapolis

The staff working tonight (10/01/22) were exceptional. Despite being overwhelmed with take-out orders, our food was prepared right on schedule and everything was spot on—hot and delicious. The Qdoba queso is absolutely perfect!

As a former employee of Qdoba, I have to say my recent visit was quite disappointing. They served me steak that had clearly been sitting out for too long, resulting in it being overcooked and almost liquid in texture. The small amount I received was mostly unpleasant mush. Additionally, they were preparing tomatoes at the front, which created a constant and loud banging sound as the worker slammed them through the dicer. This only added to the chaos, as the line worker was rushing me along, hardly giving me a moment to ask for anything. I try to approach these reviews with understanding, and I found everything else to be satisfactory, but this location really needs to improve, regardless of the lunch rush.

I've had issues with my order multiple times at this restaurant. They completely got my order wrong again; I specifically requested a meat-free meal, but they included meat in my food. I ordered a bowl, and instead, I received a burrito! Can't you check the order before preparing it? You completely ruined my lunch and my appetite.

The restaurant always closes early, even if all you need is a vinaigrette that you forgot to include in your online order.
