This place needs to be shut down completely. The people that work in there are completely ratchet and do not display any type of decorum or etiquette. When we asked for our drinks do to wait time. The girl working behind the counter stated that she needed to know in advance because she couldn't keep running back and forth. Sorry sweetheart, but you signed up for that job therefore if you can't handle it please seek employment elsewhere. This was my first time going and my last. For me to pay money somewhere and receive that type of service is unacceptable. I never pay for someone's food no matter how good to be treated like that nor to put money in your pocket. After all without customers you get no pay

The food was burnt and the shrimp and crab were dried out. Would not replace.

Fried food is frozen not fresh and tastes like it has freezer burn. The woman behind the counter argues with you when you order food without heat and is rude and fights about refunding money when nothing is eaten. The fountain drinks are so watered down they taste like pure carbonated water. The portions are about half what you get at Juicy Seafood, too. Don't waste your money here. Juicy is 12 minutes away.

If you're planning to visit The Shaking Crab, be aware that the entrance and service are next door at Wings. I'm not sure if this was due to my weekday visit or the crab section being closed. Regardless, the service was quick, the place was clean, and the food was excellent! I ordered a pound of blue crab, half a pound of clams, and half a pound of crawfish. It's a typical seafood boil that comes with corn and a few potatoes in the sauce of your choice. I opted for the spicy hot Cajun sauce, and it was fantastic! The price was very reasonable, just $27 for all this delicious food. The restroom was clean as well. There was a lot of takeout traffic, but I can't imagine taking a seafood boil to go—what a mess that would be! Bring wipes if you do! Everything was so flavorful, but the only thing I was missing was my darling honey bear.
