Starbucks - Indianapolis

Ali at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor! We shared a fun moment about how we both have similar names, "Ally." The service was lightning fast, and I was thrilled to find out that their panini sandwiches are back! I always enjoy my coffee here and have no complaints at all. I will definitely return because it’s such a convenient location with fantastic staff!

Without a doubt, the best Starbucks experiences I've had have all been at this location. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I remember one morning when I was having a terrible day; the barista must have noticed because they wrote an encouraging note on my cup, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I also appreciate that they keep their pride flag up all year instead of just for the month of June. While I'm not a major fan of Starbucks, I'm really thankful that this particular location is conveniently situated between my work and home.

Absolutely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff is exceptional—friendly, dedicated, and hardworking. I always leave with a smile on my face!

My kids have half days on fridays and tve staff js always so kind and friendly to my kids. My son has Autism and they never seem bothered by his loudness or excessive happiness. The cake pops were great, the strawberry lemonade refresher and the pineapple mango dragon fruit refresher were all great!
