Steak N Shake - Indianapolis

I wasn't a fan of the atmosphere; it felt disconnected and uninviting. The kiosk setup was quite absurd, and everything seemed to incur an additional charge. The self-service station was poorly stocked and not well-equipped. They should really consider closing the indoor seating because this experience was nothing like the Steak 'n Shake I grew up with, all due to cost-cutting measures. The hamburger was disappointing, and the Frisco Melt my companion ordered wasn’t even toasted and lacked flavor. Overall, it felt like they were just cutting corners.

I wanted to leave. The only option for ordering is through a kiosk, which is fine, but the system was chaotic. I was in the middle of placing my order when the manager informed me that my order wouldn't be fulfilled. Instead, I was told to cancel it and go outside to the drive-thru line to place my order again. It was frustrating enough that I considered going elsewhere.

"I stopped by for a quick dinner and found the ordering process to be efficient, with my order taken promptly while I waited in line. However, I had to park and wait for my food, which took longer than anticipated. Unfortunately, the fries were served lukewarm instead of hot. Overall, I paid $18 for two sandwich meals, which felt a bit pricey given the experience."

Since I was here like 9 is eating well I love coming here but since the corona started, they still lacked well, but sometimes eating does not come out as ordered sometimes

Worst Restaurant in the city if I could give them no stars I would have!!!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone!!P. S. Pay attention to the staff they are all Mexicans and the other race's you see they speak Spanish you have to speak Spanish in order to work at this establishment the Franchise Owner is Obsessed with anyone who speaks, if you don't speak the language she will not hire you, this mostly why your order is wrong 90% of the time because the grill person and other staff barely speaks any English it's crazy!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!
