Feedback gevenI usually have a pretty good experience and I can understand that the payment there is not good, but I was a little upset by my recent experience tonight. I moved to the drive thru and the first thing the guy said to me was how can I screw up her order? . I asked him what? because I was sure that was what he actually said, and he certainly repeated it enough. I told him to give me a moment and he said sarcastically, take your time! after that I just ran away. I think it was probably a long night, but I wasn't the one who made his night terrible, so I think it's just unfair to take it on others. I also worked in food service and know that sometimes it can be hard, but you need to learn that not everyone is out to get you.
Eating was a good service. their coks are missing in taste. please make her cook again delicious. milkshakes were excellent
We went here because 135 steak and shake wouldn't even take our order. at 135 they came across the loudspeaker with all their problems. only 2 employees, the inner is closed, we are working on internet orders, but we can take their order it a because we have to do internet orders first! So if they want to order, they can only get 2 of us there! So we have nothing to say and have gone. we were greeted and ordered by the loudspeaker, received neat food and were happy customers thanks!
We had not been in a while. Much cleaner and better than before. Food was good. Service was friendly. I did not even complain that S&S has turned from a restaurant to a workaurant. Lol
Fast and friendly service. It had been about 15 years, since I was there last. It has been slightly updated inside, more modernized. Ordered food for my son via the app nd it was ready when I got there food still hot shake was still freezing!; definitely an improvement from the last time, like 3 years ago. I will be back!
