Feedback gevenOn the other hand, my last visit was delightful. There was a woman working by herself in the store, and she was making sandwiches and ringing up customers. She was consistently apologetic and genuinely did her best to accommodate everyone. I was one of the last customers, which allowed me to chat with her afterward. She was incredibly friendly! I truly hope they consider hiring more staff like her because she deserves recognition. If she were the one serving me every time, I would absolutely give this place a 5 out of 5.
I've been a long-time Subway customer and I consider myself pretty easygoing. However, this location is undoubtedly the worst-managed Subway I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, but I've witnessed some concerning practices here. Once, I was served by an employee who didn't change their gloves after handling a dirty bathroom faucet. They also resorted to using brown paper towels when they ran out of wax paper for the oven, causing harmful chemicals to be released into the air, which irritated the eyes and throat of customers nearby, including a child in a stroller in line. I also observed fights breaking out among customers. On one occasion, some dishonest patrons threw drinks at the employees after they didn't receive free food. It's a shame I didn't have my phone with me to record these incidents.
The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff constantly complained and were incredibly slow at making sandwiches. One employee even had to take off his coat and dress gloves twice. I spoke with other workers about issues like the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were also met with complaints. I was asked what I wanted three times, and the woman adding toppings couldn't remember the 1-2 toppings I requested, which forced me to go to the refrigerator for new ones. It was 1:30 PM, and it seemed like they were still getting organized. The manager really needs to pay attention to what’s happening. My sandwich fell apart due to poor packaging, and the staff was struggling with some sort of computer issue. Overall, my experience here was very frustrating.
Had to eat a cold lunch that was wrong, they called subway and they wouldn't have their fault! as if you hadn't put on it. you didn't torture it. you've screwed up the broth and the owner was rude to me. I'm stupid to know if there's something or not. will never go back. so glad that they have ruined my order for my softball manager! travel 160 e market st store is rude and has terrible service and does not know how to own their mistakes. do they look like they were on them? they were rough because they were cold as possible!
The following are my opinions based on my experiences. Never go to this Subway in a hurry. They seem to only have one speed here and it isn't fast. I also had an issue with the sandwich artist working on my sandwich where they started asking the next person in line about their sandwich. Focus for a minute and we will get through this sandwich together.
