Taco Bell - Indianapolis

This KFC/Taco Bell location is a disappointment. As a shareholder of the Yum Brands, I find that this restaurant consistently lacks prepared chicken and pot pies during dinner hours, forcing me to wait in the parking lot or go elsewhere. This has happened on multiple visits, indicating poor management and monitoring of product levels. Even when I visited at opening time, there was no chicken available, leaving me with no lunch for the day. It is frustrating to drive away empty-handed and arrive at work without utensils to eat with. This location constantly disappoints me as a shareholder and consumer, and I'm sure others feel the same way.

I have tried several Beefy Melt Burritos for $2 each (620 calories each) at this restaurant. In my opinion, the good aspects include the generous portion for the price and the tasty sour cream. However, I found some crunchy bits of dry tomato or red-colored pepper to be not so great. This restaurant is a combination of KFC and Taco Bell, meaning it offers both types of cuisine at the same time. The KFC section has a more interesting atmosphere, with large black and white photos of the iconic Colonel Sanders on the walls.

The taco's was lovely the service was on spot and on time and the atmosphere was a great sitting area ...... Just wonderful .

No bad experience actually pretty good and I normally don't eat at Taco Bell my granddaughter wanted it

The order was consistently wrong and the food was often unavailable. When asked to correct the mistakes, the manager was rude and unwilling to fix the issue without charging again.
