Had lunch here, on first day of lunch buffet. It was GOOD! Mango lassis was also good. Spice level was mild, but full of flavor. Too bad my stomach couldn't hold what my mouth wanted to eat.

The restaurant has a stale smell, which is quite off-putting. The bathroom odor is particularly overpowering. I usually love vegetable Korma, but this was the worst I've ever had. The Korma was overly sweet and came with rice but no Naan bread. The Samosa Chaat was served lukewarm, with half of it cold. If you appreciate Indian cuisine, I would recommend avoiding this place. Food rating: 1/5.

This unpretentious little restaurant is run by a young man and a single server. It feels very authentic; the tables, chairs, carpets, and decor are quite old and show signs of wear, with peeling paint and a counter in poor condition. However, stepping inside truly feels like being in a restaurant in Bangalore. The food is brimming with flavor—without a doubt, it’s the best Indian cuisine I’ve had in Indianapolis. The service is excellent, too. The woman who waits on the tables is extremely courteous and ensures you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. They offer a lunch buffet, and I definitely plan on returning repeatedly. The only minor downside was the loudspeakers playing prayers during the lunch hour, which was quite loud. However, it added to the authenticity and charm of the place. Let’s support local businesses that genuinely care about their food and their customers!

I frequently get takeout from Tandoori Flame, and everything I've tried here is absolutely delicious. As a vegetarian, I'm thrilled with the wide variety of options, and the portions are substantial enough for at least two meals. I often bring my leftovers to work, and people are always curious about what I'm eating because it smells so amazing! Food: 5/5
