Tgi Fridays Indianapolis (downtown)

The dining experience and table service were excellent. We had an open table reserved for a large party, but we arrived earlier than planned. However, the front-of-house staff seemed disorganized and confused about the online reservations.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. Despite making a reservation, we ended up waiting for a long time. The staff seemed to overlook us while they interacted with others, including friends who were new to the place. After our meals were served, we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. Overall, it was quite a disaster. I noticed others waiting for 45 minutes before being seated.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit! My server, Jasmine, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my time there very enjoyable. I ordered the vegan burger, and it exceeded my expectations. The service was quick and smooth; I noticed others were also being served promptly. The atmosphere was fantastic! Thank you for a great visit.

Close to many attractions and let adults go drinks. Prices are slightly high

We went to lunch for Fridays, which we were looking for a lunch. I'm not sure what we ended up ordering, but it came with endless shrimp... Our waitress, Melissa, made sure that we have shrimps for our entire meal. The Broccoli was cooked nicely and not overcooked as some restaurants do. The potatoes were also good. The chicken was a bit overcooked, but in my opinion we had endless shrimps! We were a party of 4 who were still at the clock, so no adult drinks were consumed at that time. I have taken a star away because I have to park in the garage and pay another $10 for the parking lot, although we validated our parking ticket. Am I going back? Probably, but only for endless.
