The Lakehouse at Geist - Indianapolis

The management at this restaurant appears to be an issue. Despite its great location, the overall experience falls short due to outdated living resources and lack of necessary updates. It is disappointing that they continue to profit from the boat traffic without making any improvements.

We sat at the arrival; the recipeist was very friendly. we were originally sitting outside, but the wind from the reservoir was too moderate. the waiting staff was very nice and had no problems sitting inside. we were very quickly waited by dawn, who welcomed us with a smile and let us take time to order. our meal came in reasonable time and the salmon and mahi mahi was very good. I felt the price was appropriate for the meal we were waiting for. dawn was very busy with a large group that came in, but they make sure our meal was satisfactory and that we were taken care of. we went into the bar after dinner and were very fast and very friendly waiter. we saw the basketball games and heard the band short. All in all we enjoyed and look forward to going back when the weather is warmer and we can sit outside.

The eating is excellent definitiw will be again very friendly staff

My wife and I went to the new sea house. we were very impressed with the new thema and how much cleaner everything is. the menu changes from the Italian thema was long overdue and we both loved the new menu. the service has been much improved and our entrées were incredible. we were told that there is a new general manager called rachel and she has done an incredible work in a short time. we look forward to the next round of changes to the outside.

The restaurant is nice, food was average. I put in a special request for seating and Birthday which was not acknowledged. The server seemed very rushed. We had to flag him down for silverware and to order dessert.
