Heritage court is very conveniently located and has a variety of types of commerce and restaurants. On the edge of Indio-La Quinta border, on the corner of Jefferson and Fred Waring it is a practical location for fast shipping.

This place is located on Jefferson Street and Fred Waring and it has the a little bit of everything there's a neighborhood Walmart, a Walgreens a burger place(burgers I M) a sushi place a desserts place (MochiNut) a Subway a dental place. With plenty of parking and easy access to the main streets. It's clean and well thought out.
