Feedback gevenI went through the drive-thru, but my burger wasn't prepared the way I ordered it. I had to return and go inside to have my order corrected. Although I received a 'new' burger, they still got everything wrong with the onions. This was not a good experience in terms of customer service.
It’s a decent option for a last-minute choice, but the locations in Coachella and Indio have poor service. You often end up waiting right in front of the window.
The service was excellent; all the staff were warm, attentive, and very friendly.
