Unique Bite Eatery - Indio

I usually do not write a review, but from NY I tend to be overly critical about the food I consume when I am out of town. This restaurant is really a hidden gem. The fact that this place is not packed daily is spirit blowing. I've already tried to get the pulled pig and the brisket and plan to return every day until I left the city. A welcoming restaurant serving excellent food. Kudos to Unique Bite Eatery!!

This is the BEST burger you will EVER have ! My husband and I found this little gem today while traveling from Phoenix to Oregon. We have had many burgers in our lifetime and this is the best we have ever had! The service was wonderful too. You must give it a try. You will be so happy you did!

From the moment we arrived, the delicious aroma of the food tempted me to order everything on the menu. We opted for an incredible pulled pork sandwich, freshly cut French fries, and a plate of tender, flavorful smoked beef brisket. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary drink refills.

My wife and I have dined here twice. On our first visit, we tried the roasted pot, and it was fantastic. Tonight, I had the new vegetarian burritos with a tomato salad, and they were excellent once again. The menu is diverse, so I'm sure everyone can find something they enjoy!

This restaurant offers fantastic food. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. My husband chose the pork, and my brother went for the chicken. Both dishes were equally delicious. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!
