I understand that the business is hard and people are overwhelmed, but in hospitality, customers do not want to feel like a hindrance. the coffee was good.
We waited for a quick coffee today, longer than we had to drink our tassen coffee. the drinks were warm and not very nice. hope that other better drinks get
Jamaika blue caffe in indooroopilly seems as if there was a dead in the family. Perhaps it is the death of the happy customer service that causes the gloom. it seems to be little to no affection for the customer...longer after we have ordered almost $50 worth of food and coffee, we have requested 3 glasses of free conductive water. we were informed, however, that the restrictions of Covid-19 prevented them from offering this service! Instead, we could buy bottled water for $ 3.70 per! obviously the operator/owner of the JB Café is the goodwill not follow. fortunately, there are many other comparable caffes in indooroopilly, where customers do not have to pay for a glazed water.
I ordered coffee and a meal in jamaica blueoopilly. the food I ordered was hot, but was not properly heated and was 3/4 cold. it was a great combated, hearty ball that looked with acidic and salsa on the... side I already saw some of the acidic and had spooned salsa on the dish before almost all the inner was to realize cold. I returned to the narrator and asked for him to be heated, and after the second attempt to warm him, they failed again, and the food is still cold inside. not only that, they simply tried to heat it with the acid cream and salsa on the top, and did a bad job of it. I personally felt that the court was ruined and that if they cannot properly heat their own food, they should have given me a fresh meal. the other problem was that when I brought back the court, the attitude was mad and I could say that the server did not really want to reheat it. and a man who appeared as manager was present and watched the whole thing and did not seem to worry. After I had recognized the second attempt of heating still a flop, I tried to eat something from the outside of the plate, then left. I just didn't feel like back to the employees or the manager to deal with their rude setting. I left unhappy and still hungry after the waste of time and money. in addition, the coffee was average. Since then I went past the caffe in times when I needed a snack before I could continue shopping, but it seems that after a certain time on the afternoon they close a sitting area and the personal starts to free themselves and not interested in the customers, although the caffe is still open, it is not very inviting. not recommended, will probably never go back there.
Have been here a couple of times and will never go back. Staff need to be trained on how to treat customers! They are rude and the coffee is horrible. There are much nicer, better coffee and service in Indooroopilly! Would never recommend or go...back there .
