Nantucket Kitchen & Bar - INDOOROOPILLY

I was looking forward to dining here and was very disappointed. I felt that the main meal menu was lacking, with limited choices and only high priced options available. Nothing appealed to me. I decided on 2 entrees instead and was very underwhelmed. The crab cakes were dry, and whilst the sliders were quite nice, the bread was very sweet and very hard. The decor is stunning and that was the highlight for me unfortunately.

Would not go back because it was not value for money - too expensive for what it cooked for us so would not return

Have visited a couple times and have not had a bad meal :) Food is comforting and tasty. Desserts are amazing! Keen to go back and try more items from their menu!

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times before and really enjoyed it. We were given a table right at the entrance and it was rather uncomfortable. I don't know why as the restaurant was not full. Service left a lot to be desired as we had to try to attract the attention of the waiter several times. We had the New England chowder and it was very nice. The crab cakes were a little overcooked and salty. The calamari was delicious. One can not resist the ice cream tree and it didn't disappoint. This restaurant used to be full but was not so perhaps that tells a story.

Nantucket is my default go to place for dinner or lunch when I am in Indooroopilly shopping centre. I haven't had a bad dish ever from them. I especially like the sandcrab salad and the Grey Lady cocktail ;)Best for people who like American style food that isn't just burgers.
