Five Guys - Ingalls Park

Very good food, but way too expensive. $4 fries.... You can easily go to any other restaurant to get the same good quality for a much lower price.

Love five guys, it's crazy expensive for hamburgers and fries, but you get what you are paying for and their consistently good so I don't mind shelling out a few extra bucks for quality. The service here has always been very good as well. Also I love their self service drink machines that have everything.

Staff were all masked and easy to speak with, prices are fairly reasonable. Been many times, burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese, Cajun fries are all good. Will go back, always have a fine experience.

Seriously closing at 4pm on Saturday but open to 9pm on Thursday. This is enough to never go back.

We ordered form 5 Guys on Saturday, Sept. 18th. The order went thru online, and they charged my credit card. When we went to pick up our food THERE WAS NOONE IN THE RESTAURANT AND THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. So, you charged my credit card for NOTHING. If you can't operate, then shut down your online ordering. 5 Guys used to be one of our favorite places. I will never eat at your establishment again.
