Feedback gevenIn the customer service industry, the focus should be on the customers, not on having private conversations with coworkers! While we were served, we were never offered napkins or condiments at our table.
They don't know how to package the food properly; they put open gravy in the bags, which causes it to spill everywhere. It's just unacceptable and frustrating.
A young woman brought our food over, and while she was handing our orders to my friends and me, the young man came over and began to harass and humiliate her about ketchup and mayo. Despite her telling him to stop and addressing his behavior, he didn’t listen. The young woman looked visibly annoyed and upset, which made for an uncomfortable situation. I really empathized with her, having been in similar situations before, and I hope her night improved afterward. I ate the fries but took the burger home to enjoy in the morning. However, when I bit into it this morning, I immediately realized it had extra mustard on it. I tried to scrape it off, but it had already soaked into the bread, and the burger was ruined, which was disappointing. Overall, I give 5 stars for the young woman’s excellent customer service, but no stars for the long wait time, the addition of mustard, and the behavior of the young man.

First family vacation in about 8 years, went to this location today they were very patient and very polite as it was my first time purchasing food at their establishment. I must say the meals we order were absolutely delicious and I highly recommendanyone and everyone to go here. You guys keep up the great service!
