Wi Jammin Cafe- Inglewood

Tried calling 4 times before arriving to let them know we would be 5 minutes late, nobody ever answered so we did not go, thinking they were closed.

Our office pool went here for dinner before catching a play at the Miracle Theatre on Market street. The menu was just large enough for everyone to find something they liked, but just small enough to not take forever for everyone to make up their minds. Service was excellent and quick, although I’m pretty sure we were the only people there at 6:30pm. The jerk chicken was excellent, the garlic shrimp as well. The steamed kale salad was surprisingly amazing. Everyone in our group was satisfied, except for an 8 year old girl that ordered a breakfast platter and thought the sausage patty was too spicy…. Ahh kids…

The food was delicious, but they were out of turkey so that means there were at least 4 dishes that we couldn't order. They were also out of something else and part of their menu was not even available to order from until after 3pm. No knock on the food (it was very good) but we went on a weekday before noon and there was no reason they should be out of anything.

The menu was simply big enough for all to find something they liked, but only small enough to not take for all to make their thoughts. Service was excellent and fast, although I'm pretty sure we were the only people there at 18:30. The Ruck Chicken was excellent, the garlic shrimp also. The steamed calal salad was surprisingly amazing. Everyone in our group was happy with the exception of an 8-year-old girl who ordered a breakfast plate and thought the sausage patty was too sharp.... Ahh children...
