My Austrian cousin recommended this place as one of the oldest inns of the opposite and eating is legendary with the locals. restaurant coreth delivered! I had excellent handmade ravioli, which was fresh and tasty and the griesseknodel soup was like. my grandmother made!
It has always been excellent and cozy! the map is small, everything is fresh and seasonal! the portions are good, the price performance ratio fits perfectly and the wetin is very friendly.
On pre-order we enjoyed in the group martinigansl with red and potato dumplings. gansl very good, skin a bissl crispy, flesh juicy, supplements very good. the desserts ok but not anymore. service resch and fresh, overall still a classic.
We have eaten to christmas once again in a larger group in the coreth and have made very negative experiences: the service was totally overwhelmed, the waitress (or was the wetin) complained, she was so in stress, the East German service was rough and rude. although the tables were very appealingly decorated, unfortunately what ended up was not only not successful, but simply not edible, since completely salted. we had to leave several portioning suppe, tafelspitz with spinat, carving with pommes almost untouched. commentary of the German waitress on a note "yes, you cannot meet every taste. but I am now obligated to ask if it has tasted" - that is really not possible! after all, the desserts were consistently also unhappy: crème brûlée ice-cold and obviously with the crust fresh from the refrigerator and the chocolate soufflé seemed to have been reused fat in the game. we are not yet sure whether we give the gasthof a 2nd chance and see if it was a one-time slipper or stay away for security reasons. After all, it was quite expensive to eat there at a party. It was never that bad before.
