Manna Delikatessen Café - Innsbruck

Hot chocolate 1/5 cup of milk froth with traces of chocolate. Colour is light brown, consistency more foam than liquid. I wanted a cup of chocolate. Ambience and decor are lovely though.

The pie (sachertorte) was mediocre, the cappuccino was good and the milkshake was ok. The interior upstairs is gorgeous but unfortunately soiled by the sour demeanour the waitering staff oozes. One time only for me.

Wir wurden im Manna bereits dreimal darauf hingewiesen, dass das Lokal im Obergeschoss geschlossen sei und wir stattdessen gehen sollten, anstatt dass man uns einen Platz im Erdgeschoss angeboten hat. Außerdem fand sich in einem Stück Apfelstrudel ein abgebrochener Zahnstocher. Die Schlussfolgerung überlasse ich dem Leser.

An oasis of lighter, healthier food after all that heavy traditional food. They have a whole vegan and vegetarian section too, in addition to fish/meat. We came here first for a coffee, which was perfect, and then for an actual meal, which was also incredible. There is no English menu for the food, but google translate performs well. I had been craving fish and found the most amazing fish dish with curry in a set menu that also came with a salad and a coffee at a very reasonable price. My husband got a different curry dish with chicken, which was also very tasty. Service was attentive, what a great place!

My roast beef bruschetta was so tasty, small portion, so i ate all.. The trout fish was curried, delicious. This is in view of Alps, yes, the vegan vegetarian options a real plus though my daughter did not like her bulgar wheat curried choice. Our server went out of his way to provide English menus, make room for 7 of us, wish i got his name, i would go again, sure. Was a great choice for most of our group of 7
