We had a business dinner for a conference in villa blanka. in the did is the look very beautiful, as well as the walk down to the city. the service was temporarily error-free – it seems that these service personnel are in training. to serve fresh burrata was a...biger away to begin the meal, however sans brot (no, we never have any) it was a bit a break. the vegetarian risotto was too salty and at the limit of the non-edible. the browny with erdnussbutter dessert was completely out of place: this is Austria! the nation with some of the best gloomy on the planet. So why a more genetically modified American dessert is not back?

Modern terrace with views over innsbruck and mountains. the hotel is located in a training school for restorative and hotels. excellent young people who impair their trade. Eating and wein is great with changing menu and only local products. new and small nr. 8 resturant has also...opened it is intended to become innsbruck's best combination of gourmet kitchen and cozy ambiente. they can be in approx. 20 minutes from the city centre to the top. the journey worth it.
