Chow House - Inola

I recently dined at AKA Riverbend Steakhouse and I was impressed with the delicious food and great service. The large square ice cube in my bourbon sealed the deal for me! While I do wish they had a bone-in ribeye on the menu, the boneless 24-ounce steak I ordered was still amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had heard great things about the Sunday brunch at this restaurant, so I decided to finally try it out, and it did not disappoint. I am a frequent customer here. The brunch buffet offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes for both breakfast and lunch. Some standout items for me were the amazing shrimp cocktail (the best I've ever had) and the made-to-order omelette. I also indulged in some delicious fruits from the chocolate fountain and a fresh blueberry pudding with a sweet whisky sauce. It was so good that I even took some pictures of it. This brunch is better than others I have tried. It is perfect for the whole family.

The dining experience was okay, but not worth the high price. My sirloin steak was slightly tough and definitely undercooked, despite ordering it medium. However, the Yukon mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts were tasty. My biggest issue was the noise level - whoever finds loud music in a restaurant trendy needs to reconsider. It was difficult to hold a conversation with the loud background music playing.

Great Sunday brunch! 11 watch -2 watch super nice worker and ready to make custom waffels, eier etc., but tons from midday items to amazing brisket!
