Really cute ambience with traditional Swiss like atmosphere. The service was amazing! Our waitress was a ton of fun joking around with us and making us feel welcome. The tomato fondue with potatoes was delicious perfect flavor and not too heavy. The rösti was cooked perfectly with crispy potato and little bacon pieces and a great mushroom sauce on the side. The mixed salad had the best dressing and the ingredients were so fresh! The ice cream dessert was amazing apricot, hazelnut and chocolate flavors were all so fresh and delicious! Prices are reasonable for Swiss standards but the dining experience and service is what really makes this place awesome! I definitely plan on coming back!!

Cheese fondue with bread only. Cheese rosti with potatoes and bacon bits is delicious but easily filled after about 2/3 is finished. Old traditional style deco . Has,strong cheese smell when you enter the restaurant but you got used to it later on. Pork chop my friend ordered was tender. But fish and chips , very oily in fried fish.

We had dinner and found a quiet with excellent service restaurant. The waitress was very quick to attend your needs. If as tourist wish to experience typical Swiss meal this will be the place in Interlaken. Meal experience will be expensive if you do not enjoy we enjoyed our meal. The taste was perfect (Rosty was excellent).

We were staying at the Carlton Europe Hotel and it was suggested that we have dinner there. Although the restaurant was full for that evening, we were squeezed in at a communal table because we had an early dinner. The decor was very traditional Swiss and historic. Some of the chairs dated to the 1800s, which added to the charm. I ate the fried fish and my husband had the sausage and rosti both dishes were tasty but a bit pricey. When we asked for tap water, we had to pay $10 CAN for a pitcher of mountain water. That 's the most that we have ever paid for tap water! The apple dessert was very tasty.

Food very tasty and well cooked and allergies were well-catered for. Lovely ambience with attentive and very friendly staff. Best meal we've had in Switzerland so far.
