West-End - Interlaken

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we are so glad that they. excellent eating, reasonable prices and a beautiful environment. highly recommended!

Minestrone was best that I ever had didn 't have any of the crappy little tube pasta you usually seeing the US no pasta at all. I had the pasta with shrimp. Could have used more shrimp but the sauce tasted of shrimp and...that was great. DW had the gnocchi and she really liked them (I would have preferred if they were a little firmer). Only quibble verging on a complaint and hence the 4 not 5 stars was the wine special which was good but over priced and the first menu we were given had a different wine as the special and that 's what I thought I was ordering. Next time I would definitely get the minestrone and order a wine off the wine list not the special . In the US, I always bring my own wine from my cellar but not sure that is legal here.

We stay at the stella swiss quality hotel and the owner suggested that we try this local restaurant for dinner as it is her favorite. it wasn't disappointed. that was delicious. When the court of my man came, he realized that the risotto was just too... rich for his liking. the waitress asked what he would rather have and brought him pasta with tomato sauce. everything was wonderful. great recommended!

Close to the railway station of interlaken west, we came to lunch and enjoyed. sharing a plate of bresaola (cold bark meat) with parmeggiano, we drove with a teller of homemade gnocchi gorgonzola and a dish of homemade ravioli pesto. both were great. from a friendly waiter and in a beautiful environment.

That is a really great fund in interlaken. very good selection of Italian weeping and a great menu. totally authentic. beautiful staff; very friendly and funny. a little hidden gem.
