The Green Door - Inveraray

Whenever I'm in Inveraray, I always make sure to stop by the Scullery to buy some cakes. It's a lovely place with friendly staff.

The Millionaire Shortbreads were the best we tasted during our five-day trip through the Highlands. We definitely preferred the chocolate version to the white chocolate one.

Delicious ice cream, but the interior could use some updating.

We visited this charming café on a cold, rainy, and windy day, hoping for a hot drink and some cake, and it turned out to be a great choice. The two ladies who run the café are lovely and bake incredibly delicious treats. On the day we were there, they had a delightful banana and chocolate cake, as well as a fantastic lemon cake. Both were amazing! They also offer a small selection of beautiful items to take home.
