Burger King Invercargill

I ordered a Tendercrisp and when I got it home, I was disappointed to find it without any lettuce—just mayo and the chicken patty. On top of that, I can't have beef, so I couldn't even get a regular beef burger. Very frustrating experience!

I went to have breakfast at 6 AM and ended up waiting outside for 20 minutes for them to open their doors. After that long wait, I decided to give up and use their Wi-Fi to look for other options.

I received cold, flattened burgers with barely any lettuce for my last two visits. Additionally, my orders haven't been taken correctly both times. It's time to improve staff training, BK! Disappointing experience.

I would like to know why no one has returned my call from 3 weeks ago !!!
