Paddington Arms - Invercargill

A very cozy place with a real personal. they have special areas at several nights. I ordered a filet mignon and it was cooked on my request, the medium heavy was. my friend, who ordered another meal (a Porterhouse steak), had his boil. dessert was ok, it was nothing spectacular. overall, although it was a pretty good experience, a nice place to dinner with a baptism of friends.

Went there for my birthday. Food was good except we ordered a starter which we didn't get . Our mains turned up. But not much of an apology. It would have been nice to be offered a free drink at least for the stuff up.

The Staff sung happy birthday to me and put a candle in my dessert.(was not expected) very Friendly staff.

Food was good. Price was great. But Why would you put a chilli balsamic vinegar sauce on a child's salad? We went there for a large birthday gathering with 30 people. Set up wasn't great. We were petitioned off so there was 2 groups and couldn't communicate around a big chimney. Atmosphere of room was disappointing. Staff where accommodating. Lady in charge came across a bit abrupt.

Absolutely beautiful place to dinner. perfect filet mignon and lammage. all under $20!
