Peppi's Pizzeria - Invermere

Absolutely one of the worst pizza’s I’ve had. Dough was flavourless instead of tomato sauce they used un ripened chopped tomatoes and cheese was not even close to a quality mozzarella.

We got take out, so I am sure that hurts the rating a bit it always tastes much better in the restaurant. I think the pies could have used a bit more sauce seemed a wee bit dry. Great flavour otherwise. Look forward to being able to dine in.

Pizza in Canada is not Italian thin crust, Napoli pizza. It is thick with cheese and toppings, loaded with meat, and served with a thick crust. This is your usual pizza found in most Canadian cities. Worth checking out and tasting but realize what you are getting!

We wanted to pick up pizza to eat at the park and thankfully we found our way to Peppi’s after going to 2 other Pizza restaurants that had a too long of a wait time. We ordered 2 medium pizzas an 2 small salads and the food was delicious! The portion sizes of the salads were perfect and the pizza toppings were generous. The reason why I didn’t rate a full 5 was because of the crust, we didn’t care much for the crust as it was dry and too crunchy. We would definitely eat here again the next time we visit Invermere!

4.5*. We got take out. The pizza was great. The only reason it is not a perfect 5 is that the crust is a bit meh. Just no reason to finish the piece to the end. : Generous with toppings. Good taste, good cheese. The house salad is really good too. Every trip out, we make a point of having Peppi's at least once.
