Bella Italia - Inverness

I visited Bella Italia recently and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. When being seated, the staff seemed more concerned about whether or not I had a voucher. Even though I had a cash voucher, they still insisted on seeing it, which was frustrating. The food was bland and lacking in flavor, and the lack of non-alcoholic beer or cider was unacceptable. Overall, I would give this restaurant a low rating.

Nice little restaurant with good food. Worth a visit if just looking something nice and light. Very warm and welcoming staff.

This is the perfect spot for a fast Italian meal. The staff is excellent, providing clear instructions upon entry and promptly sanitizing as you depart. The food is superb, satisfying, and delicious.

Food is always really nice, fresh and very Italian.

Made a reservation here for 10pm Showed up at 930pm and we were told it was closed Place was moderately busy.
