Brewers Fayre Inshes Gate - Inverness

Very disappointing, would avoid it if not hard desperate for food. the man who was in front of the house made us very unwilling. I don't know if it's because I and my partner are south or not. he rolled his eyes when we said we had no reservation, and said we could only stay 80 minutes because they needed our table. I have doubted it because in the first 45 minutes there were more empty tables than occupied tables. sirloin steak was rare when I asked about medium rarely, it was also very gristy and had a lot of inedible fat. I had many sirloin steaks and no one was as bad as that. Avoid the mac and the cheese, was only microwave cheese on top not crispy or something. the same with the garlic bread when they have read so far, they save their money and go somewhere else. no other reviews and chance not to read it. go otherwisewers

I was worried about eating here after reading the reviews here when I was in the hotel next door. I was from a very friendly guy on the door, ordered to din and drinks from the bar, very friendly staff. eating arrived and it was really good and we enjoyed it very much

This is a great place to eat when they really enjoy pub grub. we were in the next floor in the Premier-Inn and used the offer for about £23. that was for 'as much as you could eat the breakfast and a 2 cure dinner. the breakfast was really great, all hot and well cooked and all dishes were constantly charged and donald m. made a sharp breakfast on Monday. he was a big guy and a loan to the brewing fayre. in the did all we had contact with were great. the evening meal was also delicious and large portions. we stayed 3 nights, so had a lot between us judged and enjoyed everything. the pub was packed on Friday night, but the staff was incredible, served and quickly clear. they work very hard and were really friendly and chatting. they seemed proud of their work. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this pub restaurant

I arrived on Tuesday at 19.30 am and had not made a reservation. I had to wait about 20 minutes before a table was cleared, that was okay. it was said that they were available at 20 o'clock, I was in the bar and waited for my table to order something while I wait, I had to wait 10 minutes before I could order to drink. it wasn't a busy night when you asked me. I ordered the smashed chicken with extra speckle and fryed, the only thing that was good in this dish was the hee himself, the rest of the burger not really taste of something and the fries were beautiful golden colors, but indoor undercooked, not very pleasant, kartoffel powder fries that were not done. No one had the time to come to my table to ask if everything was in order, so left the simple koleslaw and most of the pommes and a piece of pure fat spectacle. not a place I would choose again. the pint was really good and together with the hm earning brauer fayre 2 stars.

Couldn't get a table inside, was told it was fully booked even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. Sat outside ordered our food through the qr code on the table which was good but waited nearly half an hour for our food to arrive which was only lukewarm, asked for salt and sauce but it took that long to come that we had practically finished our meal. No apology for the delay. No one entered the restaurant the whole time we were there so we could have been inside instead of sitting outside in the cool evening weather. Food was only worth 2 stars, certainly won't be rushing back.
