Ness Thistle - Inverness

One of the best Guinnesses I've ever had—delicious and absolutely perfect! I really wish I had taken a picture of it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I ordered a chicken burger and chips, and everything was really enjoyable.

Great location! They have coloring books for kids, and the pint was nice and cold. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station. Thanks, Ian, for the excellent service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a quick bite and coffee before catching our train. They didn’t rush us despite the fact that they were busy, and they checked how much time we had since our food was being made fresh to order. We ordered a bacon ciabatta and a lorne sausage ciabatta, along with coffee. Both were excellent—good quality and delicious coffee. The place itself is lovely, decorated with interesting local pictures and information. There aren't many options for fast hot food at Inverness station besides Costa, which would have just served a microwave bacon sandwich.
