Starbucks Rose Street - Inverness

Popped in for a quick treat with my youngest child she's 5. She had a hot chocolate and a delicious looking muffin, I broke from my usual traditions and had a chai latte. My daughter ate and drank everything, I really enjoyed my drink. There was a nice ambience, the staff were friendly and served us quickly, just an overall great experience.

Possibly the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever visited. Most tables had dirty cups and plates on them, and the staff were just standing behind the counter talking. Grim.

The restaurant could use a thorough cleaning and tidying up. Every time you enter, you're greeted by a sea of dirty tables left uncleaned, while the staff are just standing behind the counter. By the time you find a place to sit, you have to clear away dirty cups and other mess. The restrooms are also in terrible condition.

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I've ever visited! The staff were exceptional—extremely friendly, helpful, and focused on providing great service. They also made a fantastic drink! It's definitely a place worth checking out to kickstart your day or lift your spirits!

I visited the store today to get my caramel Frappuccino and was served by Nicholas. He was very friendly and had a positive interaction with both customers and staff. When Daisy handed me my drink, she smiled, and it really brightened my day. The store was clean, and I only had to wait about two minutes. It was great to see such happy and collaborative staff working together!
