We were on a little road trip and this place came up. We should have just turned around when they said they were out of menus. Then they didn't have any coffee cups. Then it took an hour to get our food. Burnt bacon, burnt hash browns. Some weird concoction of pancakes for the person who asked to sub the eggs in the meal for bacon (he got 1 burnt bacon and eggless pancakes). I didn't even order hash browns but no way was I waiting any longer for the potatoes. Oh also couldn't order lunch at 10:30 but we didn't get our food until way after 11. One star is for the good Diet Coke and one is for the breakfast sandwich minus the burnt bacon.

Had breakfast with a dear friend everything we ordered was served as ordered. Service was good and timely. The are is beautifully decorated.

This is a tough one. Food is usually great as is the service. But we've had three bad experiences in a row. A month ago I would have said this is a 5 star place. After today it's one. Orders constantly messed up now, less than stellar service. We'll give em another chance but they've been on a rough streak in our experience to not call out. Update: tried them again. Order was finally right this time and service wasn't as slow as it had been the last few times. Added a star back and will continue to do so if we keep having better experiences.
