Super friendly, helpful and quickly made our food! so glad that the inner is now open!

Morning staff is great every time i’ve gone in and i have never had a problem until i started going later in the day unfortunately the evening staff just do not care every time i go in the evening it’s a whole different vibe then the morning and the last time i went i got a smoothie that i always order and it was very biter and did not taste like it was supposed to at all and i was very disappointed pretty much wasted 13$ on smoothies i could’ve made better at home and everyone there was just messing around in the back caring less about their jobs.. if you want to go i recommend going earlier in the day before 2-3 because the morning people do so much better they are way more hardworking and friendly than the evening staff.

I've been to this location about a handful of times and then quit going. The service was poor, management was unprofessional as in yelling at their employees or standing around talking when it was obvious the employees were struggling to keep up. 1 manager had short spandex shorts on and I would compare them to volleyball shorts that girls wear. By the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, even if you are not sitting down, you can almost expect to be there 30 mins.I've been to numerous Tropical Smoothies, to include ones in different states, and this has been the worst one yet. The food quality was horrible, even after trying and trying again to give them the benefit of the doubt. I also notice behind the counter multiple cross contamination incidents. This could really hurt someone with food allergies.I would love to see Tropical Smoothie stay in Ionia but under new ownership/management or else nothing will change.

The worst tropical smoothie I have ever been to the managers stay in the back while 16 year olds run the store and the manager keelia has horrible customer service. Not to mention the fact that the food and smoothies are horrible the place is trash
