Terrible BUT the manger made up for it to start there was hair in the food waitress was mad disrespectful

I was pleasantly surprised. Had a T-mobile perk so thought why not. Had 4 apps: bacon wrapped scallops, muscles, crab Rangoon shrimp, lobster artichoke dip. Everything was delicious. Leslie was a great server. I will def be back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is actually awful. The unprofessionalism by the host and servers were shocking. The management is a joke, I'd stay far far away from this place if you want an enjoyable experience. Will be filing an official complaint to corporate.

The restaurant was extremely clean and our Asian waiter was extremely nice and attentive and I could have mistaken him for the owner because that's exactly how he presented himself. I haven't been to a red lobster in probably 15 years but I am impressed. Oh, the food was great too!

It's pretty chill on a weekend afternoon and the waiter was friendly and nice. We had to refill the cheddar bay biscuits as the food took a while to arrive. The service was nice but food wise, it's disappointing. The bacon for the sea scallop could be seared more. It tasted bland. The lobster pizza barely had any toppings. I would only recommend the white wine mussels even though it taste more buttery. The portion is decent and more valuable.
