Hardee’s - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked like it was over cooked and had a very dark color and I asked for the fries to be fresh because every time I go there the fries always looks soggy or they look like they just been refried in oil a bunch of times and they somehow looked worse this time around

Nothing but a dump! Never see anyone there. Most people that live in this area know better. Place is filthy, food is disgusting, employees are rude. And, it takes forever to get your order, that isn't worth the wait. Meth heads hanging around most of the time. I was excited when they built this location close to me. Not anymore. Went there 2 or 3 times. Not worth it now. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

The food was delicious and quite hot, fresh, and flavourful. The restrooms were out of service, which was unfortunate, and there was a bit of an extended wait despite ordering ahead nearly 15 minutes prior to arrival; the order consisting of a burger, fries, and a fountain drink.

Well to start it off customers service was horrible , the workers didn't even have on their uniform. i asked for no chesse still got cheese , theirs hair in my chicken tenders the fry are very hard . 0-10 , never going back again ?.

Doesn't return complaints made through store or corporate. The new responses posted on these reviews are just for show. Staff was rude, lazy, and the place is a mess.
