Cust service is real bad here …do not bring your family. If you’re going to hire such young girls, please teach them some good old fashioned cust serv skills…will nev eat here again. The cooks standing at the counter just stare at you while you’re trying to enjoy your food… very unprofessional. The food is a joke and they charge outrageous prices.

I had a doctor appointment at the hospital nearby and was fasting. I decided on the bacon egg cheese panini and coffee drink. It was really good.

First time visiting, and I'd probably stop in again if in Columbus. We had the veggie panini and bacon/egg/cheese panini. The bread was to die for, so delicious. The iced Matcha latte was different, I couldn't tell if it was a the sweetener or what. It wasn't terrible, but not like anywhere else I've tried. I will say the service left a lot to be desired. Definitely wouldn't recommend if in a hurry. The ladies seemed nice but lacked customer service experience, but they were nice. Overall, I'd grab a bite to eat here again. Vegetarian options: Veggie breakfast panini had eggs, peppers, cheese and spinach.
