Feedback gevenMy daughter wanted Lennys today so we decided to head to the one nearest us, which was this Collierville location. Attempted to order online but the app stated they weren't accepting orders at the time. No worries, I decided to go in. I always speak and say hello when I arrive somewhere, the staff didn't acknowledge it. As I was giving the cashier my order she seemed frustrated. I asked if it had been a long day, she responded with a slight nod of yes. That explained the lack of response I received when I came in. The food was Ok, I will most likely pass this location up the next time the family wants Lennys as I usually have a pretty good experience. My daughter wanted olives on her philly cheese steak, she was surprised by the overwhelming amount of olives she received . My Buffalo chicken philly sandwhich was Buffalo sauceless. I assumed this was the management team or franchise owners on staff today, just an assumption though. I realize now I probably should have picked another location or place once the app stated they weren't accepting orders, they needed a break.
The bread was hard. They told us we couldn?t get a hot sandwich because they had too many phone orders. The large cup is smaller than other locations. The door to the men?s room is too small for the frame so be careful.
Pay attention to the reviews from the last year or so. The quality of food and degree of customer service have declined significantly. The staff are the rudest ones I have encountered in quite a while. For example, I asked a question about a sandwich, the cashier just stared at me. When I asked again, she pointed at the menu board while maintaining a blank stare. The food is just adequate. I have no plans to return to the Collierville location.
The Lennys behind Chick-fil-A in Collierville was a hot mess tonight. Both of my sandwiches were wrong and I mean way off. I ordered a Turkey Sub but got a meatball sandwich, somehow got a Philly cheese sandwich after ordering something else. The guy at the register didn?t speak a word of English so I talked to the young lady who was making my turkey club to go over my toppings bc they were all wrong on My receipt and still got the whole order wrong. Ugh ???? I knew I should have checked the bag before I left. I?m not sure If I?ll return or not. The gentlemen taking orders had no idea what he was doing and couldn?t understand English. Totally chaos and it wasn?t busy at 7:30pm.
I come here quite often during my lunch break. I?ve had a bad experience before. I got a salad that had all wilted lettuce and it had a pungent odor coming from it within less than 15 minutes. However, I wanted to give them another chance since it?s close to my job. Today, I used online ordering, as usual. When I got back to work to eat my sandwich, I noticed it was missing half of the ingredients and the lettuce was wilted: I?m really upset because I?ve wasted my money here once again. Overall, not fresh, disgusting, and disappointing. If you can, just bypass this place.
