Great place for all your chocolate needs or desires

This particular store has earned dissatisfaction in my opinion. I was shopping for a bulk order for Christmas for my employees. A large 2lb candy filled Christmas tree caught my eye in the window. I had asked the manager of this store if she would honor my 20% off “online coupon” since I have a large order. The manager informed me that she was unable to honor the coupon, which was completely understandable. I then asked if the product was available online. This same manager noted that this product was not available online and it was a store specific item. I did not hesitate to question her knowledge and proceeded to purchase a total of 12 large Christmas trees. I later returned home and was curious to see if the item was in fact available online. And sure enough, it was! And even cheaper! And I could get 20% off ! And it would ship to me in time. I wasn’t angry at the time, but I did call the store and requested the possibility of a full return with option to purchase online, or a credit back for the difference since the manager was dishonest with information. I was then told there was no way they could credit nor return my purchase. Disappointed, I then phoned the customer service line for Russell stover and left my information, purchase info, and details related to my interaction. After several days of no response, I phoned again to check on the “status” of my experience/dissatisfaction. I then learned that my information/complaint was never passed along and there was no record of the call. I completed the whole process again, informing the telephone assistant of my experience and request. Now, again, several days later, no response, no word, no return email or call. Also, there wouldn’t even be the option of a return with new purchase online even if I wanted to as now the deadline to receive before Christmas has came and went.I want to reassure everyone that the Russel Stover chocolates in general are great, however I would never recommend this particular location for purchase related to the lack of honestly and poor customer service I experienced. I also hesitate to even recommend the chocolates in general related to my overall dissatisfaction and lack of concern from the company period.

As soon as you walk into the store you are offered a complimentary piece of chocolate. It's a great variety of candy and the staff is so nice.
