Sexton's Pizza

I really enjoy this place. The pizza is probably my favorite in Columbus. Sadly, I called on 05/11/22 at 8:35pm and was told they were no longer taking orders for the evening when they close at 9pm. I respect the hours are limited with this place, but 25 minutes is more than enough lead time. I would get it if it were 10 minutes prior to closing. When I told the girl who answered that I'd like the manager's info she immediately started saying they could take the order. At that point it was too awkward and made me feel like my food could be compromised since I was going to complain. I don't actually think that would happen, but I'm sure many can sympathize with feeling weird about ordering right after a minor conflict with staff. My hope is they will recognize this and fix it. Also, the phone connection in the place is very awful. You can hardly hear them when they answer. Everything sounds jumbled. I thought it was just my phone the first time but it's been consistent. I've ordered from them a large number of times. I still believe this is a top notch pizza but you may encounter issues with service from time to time.

I live in Cleveland, but a friend told me to try the Kevin Bacon pizza when I was in town. It's a very good pizza.

My official Facebook review is below..this is after my first visit. Needless to say I 'll be back: Finally decided to take a break from meal prep to indulge on pizza this weekend. So here 's my honest and sober review of Sexton 's in Reynoldsburg. I ordered a 16 hand tossed Dairy Air which has Ezzo Cup N Char pepperoni, cream cheese and a hot honey drizzle. Yes..CREAM. CHEESE. Before you frown let me just say that I took the first bite before I turned my car on and proceeded to violate the rest of the piece before I could drive home. It 's so damn good. I 'm a **** for cream cheese so I ate a cream cheese ball solo too lol. It 's not super saucy but it worked for this pizza. The cheese was nice and melty and the pepperoni did not disappoint. I was nervous because I 've seen people complain that the crust is burnt but honestly the crust was good! I could see myself dipping it in hot honey lol. The ratio of crust to toppings was *chefs kiss*. This was my first time at Sexton 's and upon the first bite I knew it wouldn 't be my last. One slice is about all I can handle in one sitting and that 's depending on the size of the slice. I tried to pick the smallest slice lol.

The people were nice the chicken was good but, this pizza is not worth the price at all, it was very hard to chew, the top was kind of burnt as well overall wouldn’t recommend.

First time eating here. The Kevin bacon was pretty dang good.
