Fry-days Woodbridge Road - Ipswich

First time here. Lovely fresh clean modern takeaway restaurant. However, food really wasn’t that great. Battered sausages were tough and chips were tasteless. Disappointed.

When this place was owned by fry days it was good, but since it has been taken by the golden fish that has been seen better days and I have to say that the quality of the food has been nothing near the standards it needs to be. When it opened and was called cold days I was very impressed because it was very clean and very modern and the food was fine, however, since the new owners the garbage food has been tremendous and not even feeding my dog! The food seems to have been reheated every day for a week, and the fish was so stubborn and hard and the fries were brown. I have been very disappointed in this good use of how to be and see coming to this is not good anymore and I would rather go to The Codfather on the street any day.

Lovely, modern, clean shop. A chippy of the 21st century, but with traditional fish and chips. Staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking at the back of the shop. The food is well cooked and nicely presented. Certainly worth a visit.

Always been a Frydays customer and the Woodbridge road branch is a welcome addition. The shop was spotless and the food was excellent. Will be back.

One of my highly recommended Fish and Chips restaurant for anyone, good quality and fantastic customer service.I left the place satisfied.
