We ordered food at and were told a minute wait. So when we arrived to collect the food at we were still waiting minutes later. This is totally unacceptable, as we were made to stand out in the cold, after walking...too collect it. When complaining to the girl at the front desk, she couldn’t seem less bothered and just put it down to being a Friday. This is fair enough, but have the decency to let your customers know how long they will truly have to wait. Despite this, food was excellent as always.
