Greggs - Ipswich

I am a regular customer at Gregg's on Upper Bach Street, and my son and I always look forward to our visits. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly welcoming; nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I always have a good laugh while appreciating the high level of professionalism. I especially want to mention Helen, who is wonderfully friendly and truly outstanding at her job. I’ve never felt so welcomed by everyone. All the staff, including Grace, are fantastic!

Fantastic food at affordable prices! You can get a hearty bake and a hot drink for just £2.25, which is a bargain compared to the £3.50 it would cost separately. The food is consistently delicious. They also have a loyalty card that rewards you with a free large hot drink after collecting 9 stamps. I highly recommend Greggs to everyone, every day!

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the management was attentive. It had a lively atmosphere. Tom, in particular, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist a customer who needed extra support. He helped him with everything and truly made the customer's day. It was very impressive to see such dedication!

Had a great quiet 15 minutes snack and drink. it was not about busy colleagues were polite and working well

A good place to visit for a lunch time bite to eat, I usually have a regular mocha and potato wedges with a couple pots of sauce, or a slice of pizza. Staff have always been friendly in my experience and generous with stamping the reward card.
