Mcdonald's Restaurants - Ipswich

Let down as we didn’t get sour cream and chive sauce. Gutted mate! Half 4 in the morning through drive through and now my girlfriend is crying. Selects and nuggets are banging but where’s the mayo though? 0 ’s to the condiment selection.

Absolutely rubbish service once again. Waiting 15 mins in a yellow bay for 6 chicken nuggets and a hamburger. Waiting for these bred and butter items is bad enough but not for 15 mins.

Yet again McDonalds ruins a treat for the kids. Waited 20min for the order to be brought out only to have to follow the poor nervous lad back in to get the rest of my food, its was cold and the fried are more like potato worms! NEVER AGAIN. I appreciate they are busy, but to get the order wrong and it to be at best luke warm is pathetic. Really I AM NEVER GOING TO USE THIS MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN. £30.66 down the drain.

Really nice restaurant, food hot and drinks yummy. Lovely attentive staff, never had a bad meal here. Place always clean. My nephews work here Riley and Regan.

We ordered several dishes from this restaurant. Half of the items were missing and the portion of chips we received were not fully filled. When we tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, no one ever answered the phone. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service.
