Feedback gevenProbably the worst Nando’s I’ve ever eaten. Believe me I’ve eaten many across London and the south east I had a salad and two chicken thighs. The skin was anaemic to the point I had to check the chicken was cooked properly and the chicken was just tough and broken and horrible like it had been re-cooked, the croutons that came with the salad was flat like a recycled old pitta bread, that wouldnt cut up or that you had no chance of getting your fork through
Went here on a Friday before heading to the cinema. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table as it was getting busy (no surprise in a Friday night). Restaurant was clean. Lady at the till helpful and kind. Service was good. Food was good. Nice, easy and tasty meal.
They don’t support the emergency services fire service without very specific ID. Emma is a lovely manager that the others should learn from. Don’t come here if you’re a blue light worker. Staff wanted to help but managers are appalling.
Absolutely terrible experience. The food was extremely dry, flavorless, and stale, to the point where we couldn't even eat it and had to stop at McDonald's on the way home. The wait staff were completely lacking in conversation and customer service skills. I reached out to customer service via Facebook, but they were unhelpful and did nothing to make up for ruining my son's birthday. Avoid eating at Nando's at all costs - go to McDonald's instead. You'll spend less money and get better taste.
I can't believe what we experienced on our first and last visit to this restaurant. We went there for my daughter's 18th birthday because it was her choice. The service was nonexistent. Even though we had called two days in advance to make a reservation for a party of 10, we were scolded for not calling ahead when we arrived. We were left to serve ourselves using an app to order our food and drinks, and even had to get our own cutlery. It felt like we were expected to do everything ourselves, including potentially having to bring our own table next time. The food eventually arrived after a long wait due to navigating the slow app and managing 10 different orders. However, some items were missing or incorrect. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not much better than a fast food chain.
