Pizza Express Ipswich

The manager at this location answered the phone and acted as if they couldn't hear me. I am starting to doubt their professionalism, especially since they were difficult and rude last week. As a frequent customer of Pizza Express, I have never encountered such apathy towards the company they represent. It is truly disappointing.

It's never arrived, pizza express said that they give it to driver. I asking for full refund. however I'll never again use your service. kind regards

We were on vacation and it was our first time eating at the restaurant. The thin pizza was as good as the New York pizza.

I tried the American Double Cheese pizza with a Romano base. It was excellent!

Food took an 1.5 hours to arrive and was undercooked. servers were nice but food just took way too long for a pizza express and the food seems overpriced to come practically raw after all that waiting. furthermore there were tables that came in 30 minutes after us yet we looked on in horror as they were served well before us. would not recommend
