Today we went to glasswells for afternoon tea which was excellent although we went late in the afternoon we were not rushed as it was closing in half a hour we were told not to rush Rachel and her lovely colleague made us feel very welcome well done ladies

Been twice in the last week! For coffee and light lunch. Both excellent. Clean , efficient and good food. Very friendly and helpful staff. May have to queue at lunchtime for 5-10 mins but we’ll worth it. No bookings.

Always a lovely lunch here. The menu is varied and there’s something to suit everyone. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. Today we had the Greek salad and the bacon and Brie quiche. Both were very enjoyable. Followed by the cheesecake which was delicious. We would give the staff and the restaurant 10/10 and Natasha the manager runs an excellent establishment. Well done to everyone and we look forward to returning very soon.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee shop inside this store, as I usually do not have access to them due to not driving. However, this coffee shop turned out to be a hidden gem. The design and location within the store are well-planned, and it can accommodate approximately 25 tables on a busy day. I am hooked on the five star cheese scones and have not had a chance to try the rest of the menu, but I am sure it is just as good. Despite the view overlooking the car park, the seating arrangement somehow works well. The waitstaff are exceptional, providing top-notch service that is worth commendation. Coming here is truly a treat, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience outstanding waitressing. Congratulations to the recruiting team for assembling such a great staff.
